Sorkinsims: A Supercut

Aaron Sorkin has a new show out called “Newsroom,” on HBO. It’s been difficult for me to get interested in it because I hate Aaron Sorkin’s dialogue from his prior work (The West Wing, Sports Night, etc.). Aaron Sorkin’s dialogue in TV and movies is always recognizable because he uses a highly verbose and layered style that is very distinct. Apparently, his dialogue is also recognizable because he uses the same turns of phrase, over and over… and over again. Someone recognized that and put together Sorkinsism: A Supercut, a collection of the bits of dialogue Sorkin has recycled over the years.
