A Dress Made Of 700 Condoms

Vietnamese student, Nguyen Minh Tuan, created a dress made of 700 condoms for his graduation project. It’s called “Breaking The Condom Taboo,” and he did it to try to increase condom use among young people in Viet Nam. Well, if people start going out in 700-condom dresses, mathematically that’s going to automatically increase condom usage, so mission accomplished! We would like to point out that if you might not want to use “breaking” and “condom” together in the title if you want to bolster condom usage.
