Yeah Flashback! Rod Stewart’s “Da Ya Think I’m Sexy?” Music Video Dissected

No one turns Rod Stewart on more than Rod Stewart.  In this classic 80′s video, Rod shows off just how goddamn sexy he is, and not even the bass player can handle it.  Let us examine:

0:06– The ‘cross dissolve’ editing feature had clearly just been invented, and this video editor f***ing loves it.  Almost as much as he loves Rod’s “come-to-bed” eyes…

0:14– Rod likes to start off with a quick n’ sexy little game of “Peek-a-Boo” to get things goin’…

0:27–Oh, God. Those PANTS.  That shimmy.  Here. We. GO.

0:39–Yes, that is Rod Stewart picking up a Woman at a bar while watching HIS OWN MUSIC VIDEO.

0:51– Coy Rod.

1:24– When Rod flips his hair, it’s his way of saying, “Would you like to have sex with me? Of course you would, I’m Rod F***ing Stewart.”
