The problem with some of those Internet ads is that some ads appear based on key words on the site you’re reading, so an article with “plane” in the text might end up with an ad for an airline next to it. But that’s only sometimes I think, I’m not entirely sure.

It is true what May said. If you do search for a particular thing you will get ads relating to it. Also , the advert with ‘Man smears feces on his lawyer..’ cannot be right as feces is spelt wrong. (I am a dietitian)

Cathy: I think the scientific and/or British spelling of the term is “faeces” but it is commonly spelled “feces” in the U.S.

Couple months back there was the Russian “Bulgaria” ferry tragedy, and couple scrolls down a very sad news article, which was basically about the divers finding all the drowned children, there surely was a win-a-cruise advert.

@Ash 404 is the “page not found” error, but it’s also the area code for somewhere in Atlanta. It makes it sound like Yahoo is a missing page.

Ok, I’m in the medical field.. but if you unwrapped a package would your first thought be “This looks like a liver?” Cause Mine would be who the hell is sending me random body parts?
