I Don’t Wish I Were an Oscar Mayer Wiener Today
An Oscar Mayer Wienermobile spun out of control outside Harrisburg, Pennsylvania on Sunday, smashing into a pole and damaging the famous Wienermobile’s windshield and hood. The hotdog-shaped vehicle slipped off the road in Enola due to slippery winter conditions. And though there were no injuries, the accident site became a spectacle with passing drivers pulling over to take photos of the Weinermobile.

In case you are wondering, there’s more than one Wienermobile… in fact there is a fleet of six of the 27-foot orange and yellow vehicles. If you’ve never witnessed a wienermobile in person, it’s a beautiful site — especially when the “hotdogger” gets out and starts handing out free hot dogs to everyone. We hope that the damaged Wienermobile gets fixed and back on the streets as soon as possible.
