The Sex & The City 2 Trailer Has Arrived

The long-awaited trailer to Sex & The City 2 has finally been released! I was a huge fan of the series, but REALLY hated the movie version. Sadly, judging by the trailer for the sequel, it looks like we’re in for more fashion faux-pas (Carrie in an ugly tux?), more contrived relationship drama (AIDEN is back, gag me with a spoon), and more old women humor. These definitely aren’t the young, fun girls I fell in love with when I was in high school. Come on. A hot flash joke? I can just hear my grandmother laughing now!.

Is there even a plot? Because it just looks like a bunch of scenes of them walking around and giggling. And why the hell are they in the desert? Did Samantha finally fuck all the men in New York?

The good news? Jennifer Hudson will NOT be back to reprise her God-awful role as Carrie’s assistant. The bad news? From everything I’ve read about the movie, I think it’s going to disappoint the fans of the series even more than the original movie did.

Sex and The City 2 is out on May 28, 2010.
