98 Degrees Reunion: Does Anyone Actually Want This?
The New Kids on the Block were, basically, the first generation of huge boy bands so, of course, it makes sense that they reunited after a number of years. They passed the torch to the Backstreet Boys, who actually teamed up with NKOTB so, again, it made some sort of sense.
Now, we’re hearing rumblings from Nick Lachey about the possibility of a 98 Degrees reunion and, really, we can barely keep our eyes from rolling right out of our heads!

While speaking to Fox News, Lachey said: “This year is the 20th anniversary of our first record release so there is a little something in the works to celebrate our anniversary. We are working on right now… We are definitely plan on working together.”
Despite the fact that he and his wife, Vanessa, are raising three kids (ages 4, 2, and 3 months), he’s ready to return to his boy band roots while simultaneously promoting his Cincinnati sports bar, Lachey’s (which is co-owned by his brother, Drew).
He claims that his children are realizing that he’s “famous.” He said: “It’s fun to see them recognize that people go to see my dad sing… My son is getting to the age where it is starting to dawn on him in some weird way.”
It’s weird, alright, since people haven’t been going to see Nick sing in any of his children’s lifetimes…
Honestly, at this point, Justin Timberlake should just abandon his highly successful solo career and get N*Sync back on the road. Let’s just pretend no one has aged and that we’re back in the 90s again!
